Andrey R. Yurtsan is the CEO & Principal Attorney of YURTSAN LAW FIRM PC. Mr. Yurtsan was previously the senior litigation attorney at another established personal injury law firm, where he worked from 2011-2022.

Mr. Yurtsan specializes in complex personal injury, real estate, products liability, and wrongful death cases. Since 2013, Mr. Yurtsan has litigated numerous cases in State and Federal courts. He has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including mediation and trial. His written and oral advocacy skills consistently produce successes for his clients. 

In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, Mr. Yurtsan became a pioneer in the area of wrongful foreclosure litigation and helped hundreds of struggling California homeowners save their homes and recover millions of dollars from some of America’s biggest banking institutions. While in law school, Mr. Yurtsan was among the top of his class. Even before becoming an attorney, Mr. Yurtsan worked as a litigation paralegal and law clerk since 2009. 

Mr. Yurtsan is admitted to practice before all courts of California and previously practiced in a variety of areas of general and complex litigation, including medical malpractice, brain injuries, contracts and catastrophic injury matters.
